We help businesses turn AI ambition into governed workflows and products that run on real data — continuing a practice that began with conversational AI in 2016 and now spans healthcare, finance, retail, and enterprise CX.
Alexander Khanukov
Founder & CEO
Alex leads teams building AI products that improve customer experience using machine learning — speech recognition, NLP, LLMs, and generative AI. He focuses on cross-functional collaboration, product vision, and delivering business value while championing the voice of the customer.
Recent work includes enterprise AI architecture for oncology support at AstraZeneca, omnichannel chat and voice at CVS Health/Aetna, ML portfolio leadership at Sensormatic (Johnson Controls), and bank-scale conversational platforms as a VP of AI Product at Wells Fargo. He currently consults with healthcare organizations on AI and Epic EHR–adjacent systems, including work around Genesys contact-center stacks.
Earlier roles span Royal Caribbean conversational UX, Technology Director at eMara.ai, and Applied UX leadership at MRM//McCann, plus engineering at OnStar/GM. He holds a B.A. in Telecommunications (Media) from Michigan State University, is Pragmatic Institute PMC Level I certified, and has been published in Chatbots Magazine.
Heritage
In 2016 AviKaiDo launched as a bot enablement company behind EveryBot CMS — an early conversation-management platform — and sponsored BotMakers Detroit to grow the local maker community. Those roots still matter: multi-platform conversational design, automation that reduces cognitive load, and tools that meet people where they already work.
The company stayed alive through years of hands-on consulting and product leadership inside Fortune-scale organizations. Today AviKaiDo’s public focus is clear: AI products and AI implementation consulting for teams ready to move past pilots.
